To Villa Siena Families of Residents and Staff:
As we continue following CDC and CDPH guidelines and making adjustments to changing situations, the Villa Siena staff and residents continue to be safe with no occurrences of COVID-19.
We are keeping our residents spirits going with lunch time trivia and small group activities, while making sure that we are adhering to social distancing. We will continue to assist any resident wishing to visit with family and friends through FaceTime, Skype or other ways of virtual communication. Again if any assistance is needed with this, please contact our Activities Department.
- Dropping off supplies: In order to allow our nursing staff to focus on resident care, we are asking that all Supplies be dropped off during the hours of 9:00 and 5:00, Monday – Friday when we have office personnel available to receive the delivery. If you need to come after hours, you will need to call in advance to set up a time for your delivery so that we can make sure someone is available to receive the items. Please call 650-318-5811 to schedule your delivery.
As a reminder, visitors to Villa Siena are not allowed, except by approval from the Executive Director. If residents leave the campus for any reason, they will not be permitted in group dining or activities for 2 weeks following their return.
Please be assured that our dedicated staff is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the well being of everyone who lives at Villa Siena. If you have any questions, please contact Corine Bernard, Executive Director at 650-318-5809 (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) or Ann Kaye, Director of Nursing at 650-318-5838 (email: email@example.com).
