To Villa Siena Families of Residents and Staff:
Today, we continue to follow County guidelines to keep all the residents and staff safe and healthy. Many of you have noticed our new screening process and have commented on the need for such screening. We are one of only two facilities in the entire Bay Area that did not experience a COVID outbreak. We want to make sure we continue to be successful in our fight against COVID, so we will continue to use extra precautions. A little spare time is worth keeping our residents safe.
We are aware that Mother’s day is around the corner. We will have limited visitation slots available on Sunday, May 9th. If you would like to visit your loved one, you will need to contact the front office at 650-961-6484 and schedule an appointment. Only three members of the same household will be allowed to visit, and visits will be limited to one hour. Unfortunately, sharing a meal will not be an option. You are more than welcome to take your loved one out of the facility, maybe for lunch or dinner, and visit for as long as you would like. The resident will not be required to take any extra precautions upon their return. Please make sure you abide by our screening process and safety protocols during your visit.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
Thank you to everyone on our team and all the residents and families for following the guidelines and helping us keep everyone safe; we appreciate your cooperation.
