New Building Project Page
Meeting Seniors’ Needs
Villa Siena’s current facilities were built incrementally at a time when
residents were better able to care for themselves; now they need
higher levels of assistance which we can not adequately provide with
our present facilities.
These building and renovations projects are imperative to expand Villa
Siena’s capacity to care and to enhance the lives and living spaces of
the residents.
New Facility Highlights
- All new Assisted Living Center with 68 units, up from the current
46 units.
- Advanced services including: a wellness center, therapy services,
library, café, and a new larger Chapel.
- Completely renovated and expanded Nursing Care Center with
30 total units – an addition of ten beds.
